Concept

This master plan is shaped by what the site already is.

It is hot and dusty. It is big, but some of the existing buildings could form a plaza. Instead of filling the site with stuff, a few anchors bring the space together.

Construction is possible with tools the owner already has. Materials are utilitarian: local stone to balance light and native plants to balance wind and sun.
